Refund policy

 Important Notice: Only US orders are eligible for ibraya return services. We are not accepting returns for orders that are shipped to customers outside the US at this time.
Returns for Non-US Countries:
Orders shipped outside the US are not currently eligible for returns. However, if you encounter any quality issues, feel free to contact our 24/7 Customer Support team at support@ibraya.com for assistance.

Damaged Items:

If you receive damaged merchandise, take a picture and email it to support@ibraya.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within a reasonable time after receiving your order.

Orders Shipped to US Customers:
ibraya will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and in their original packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Please provide us with the reason for the return.

Note: Some return reasons will need a photo submission; please provide clear photos that show the issue.

Receive Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions along with an email confirmation. All return orders must include RA number for processing purposes.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the receipt date (the first day for return starts on the day the tracking status shows it's delivered) and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it is a shipping error or a damaged item.

Please allow ibraya 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process it.

ibraya will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

 Final sales and the following items are non-returnable:

  • Beauty products
  • Bodysuits
  • Face masks
  • Intimates / Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear

Once a return is processed, ibraya will contact you via email to confirm.

To Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Contact Us: Email our returns team at support@ibraya.com to begin the return process.

Please package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories provided.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Include RA Number: Write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Return address: Please send the return item within 7 days of the receipt date. We will email you the return address.
