All prices on our website are in USD. All charges are billed in USD, while the prices of the products and the contents of your cart are currently displayed in your local currency. The checkout process will use the original currency at the most current exchange rate. Standard shipping is available for most countries, and shipping fees vary depending on the customer's location.

All products undergo quality checks before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy. Our partner suppliers inspect each product before packing to guarantee it arrives safely. 99.9% of final customers have a positive purchasing experience.
We hope our buyers read the product description, review the attached pictures, and carefully choose the correct size, color, and other options when placing an order. We want you to be satisfied with the product before making a payment. We do not permit exchanges due to incorrect attribute selection.

Make sure to provide your complete address, including apartment number, street, city, state/region, and country. Also, include your mobile number. Otherwise, your package might be returned!

ibraya Store reserves the right to cancel any purchase at any time if items do not pass our quality control checks. To prevent further delays for our customers, we will refund the items in question and ship the rest of the order. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Our goal is to deliver the best shopping experience possible.

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.

In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
* Refused Shipments
If you refuse or decline to accept your order for any reason without approval from ibraya Store, the parcel will be considered abandoned, and a return for your order will not be processed or issued.
