We process all orders through our U.S. warehouse to ensure fast shipping. U.S. products are delivered in 2-5 business days, and overseas-sourced products are delivered in 5-10 business days.

How can I track my package?
Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will appear on your order details. You will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package using the link (Track my order) on our website with your tracking number.
What happens if the estimated delivery time has passed and I still have not received my order?

What is your return policy?
ibraya will accept returns within 7 days of delivery. (Only U.S.) (For other countries, contact us by email). Items must be unworn with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind. All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.
What if the product arrives damaged?
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us at support@ibraya.com right away.
Please allow ibraya 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
Can I make changes to an order?
When an order is still in Ordered or Processing status (usually within the first 24 hours or less):

Can I cancel my order?
An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.
An order may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. If this happens, please contact our customer support via support@ibraya.com with the ibraya order number, and we will do our best to help you.
Please note. We work as quickly as possible to prepare your order, so the grace period is brief.
If an order can no longer be canceled, we recommend that you initiate a return for any unwanted items once you receive the package within 7 business days. (U.S. only) (For other countries, please refer to our Return Policy here.

What happens if (Return to Sender or Undeliverable Packages)?
Per USPS/UPS/FedEx, returned packages due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations can take up to 30 days or more to be sent back to the sender. ibraya is not responsible for orders with incorrect addresses inputted by the customer.
To avoid long wait times and potential manual errors, any package that is returned to ibraya or has a tracking status "return to sender" or "undeliverable" will automatically be refunded.
